Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Monitor traffic conditions, weather, and other factors to adjust routes as needed.
2. Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for the company's fleet of vehicles. Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
3. Supervise and support drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Schedule driver shifts and assignments to meet delivery demands.
4. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors to ensure seamless operations. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
5. Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:
