Job summary

DKS DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics planner in Singapore to plan and optimize delivery routes for a fleet of lorries, coordinating daily operations to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Successful candidates will monitor routes, reduce costs and delays, and work with drivers and internal teams to support daily logistics activities, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics planning
• preferably in the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes for a fleet lorries
• Coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
• Monitor route and improve efficiency to reduce costs and delays
• Work closely with drivers and internal teams to support daily logistics activities
• Respond promptly to operational issues and implement corrective actions when needed
• Maintain accurate delivery records, preparing and updating logistics reports, managing job scheduling documentation and ensuring proper filing of transport and compliance-related documents
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on documentation, billing coordination, and regulatory requirements
