Planners/Dispatchers manage daily delivery schedules and optimise routes for efficiency. They assign jobs to drivers, monitor progress in real time, and resolve operational issues as they arise. The role involves liaising with clients on updates, requests, and service expectations. Planners/Dispatchers also ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records. In addition, they provide guidance to the dispatch team and oversee smooth handovers across shifts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have 2–5 years’ experience in transport planning, logistics, or dispatch, with knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management.
