Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (IT & Other Systems / Transport Systems / Electrical & Mechanical Services) in Singapore. You will ensure contract governance and that tender and contract administration processes comply with the LTA’s requirements and procedures.

The role involves preparing cost estimates for new projects or feasibility studies, drafting tender documents, evaluating tenders, administering contracts (payments, variations, claims) and

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Mechanical / Systems Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience in contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects is preferred
• Good knowledge of conditions of contract for IT, engineering or construction projects is preferred
• Organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently
• Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract governance for IT & Other Systems; Transport Systems; and Electrical & Mechanical Services contracts.
• Prepare cost estimates for new projects / initiatives / feasibility studies; draft tender documents; evaluate tenders; administer contracts (payments, valuation of variations, claims).
• Provide contractual advice to project teams.
