• Minimum 8 to 10 years of industry experience with 5 years in a business analysis role.
• Degree in Business Management/ BIS/ Data Science or related discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Functional Heads to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into effective digital and process solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define, evaluate, and implement systems, applications, and technology solutions that support business objectives.
• Gather, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements, priorities, and solution specifications to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead solution assessments, validation activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure proposed changes align with business and operational needs.
• Work with IT application teams to review testing strategies, participate in solution testing, and ensure successful implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• Support data analysis, issue investigation, reporting, and the execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive ISO 9001 compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement requirements set by MSC Geneva.
• Champion digital transformation and innovation initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance business efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role drives business transformation initiatives by identifying operational needs and leveraging digital solutions, AI tools, and MSC global platforms to enhance efficiency and standardize processes across Singapore and SEA agencies. Support ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement efforts to optimize business performance and operational excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 8 to 10years of relevant industry experience including 5 years in business analysis role.
• Candidates with a Degree in Business Management/ Business Information System / Data Science or a related discipline will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, or other AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in database design and development, particularly Microsoft SQL.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, applications, and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
