Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management/Transition Coordinator to assist in RFP responses and in designing and managing transition and transformation protocols. You will help prepare detailed project plans and manage activities down to individual tasks, while identifying risks and delivering high-quality outputs.
The role emphasizes teamwork and client-facing collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and program success within a
Diploma/ NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination, transition management, or a related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support project delivery within timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
