Job summary

sggovterp is recruiting for a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Transit Operator Performance Management in Singapore. The role focuses on auditing O&M processes, managing contractual matters, and coordinating across design reviews, testing, and operations to ensure reliable MRT service.

You will engage multiple stakeholders, apply engineering principles, and leverage MS Office and data tools for performance management. Senior candidates may be considered; fresh entrants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office; data visualization/analytics tools or RPA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years design or O&M experience in large-scale infra projects, preferably rail.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful with good communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with local railway/building regs and standards is advantageous.
• Senior candidates may be considered; fresh entrants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting audits on O&M processes across rail systems to ensure compliance.
• Managing contract variances, budgets, and incident investigations relevant to operations and maintenance.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on design reviews, interfaces, testing and commissioning, and exercises.
