Qualifications
- 8–12 years' experience in PMO leadership and business transformation.
- Proven track record managing enterprise PMO and portfolio governance.
- Experience leading multiple strategic initiatives in complex organizations.
- Exposure to AI, automation, and workflow digitization initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and benefits realization skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee transformation portfolio, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Govern PMO governance, reporting standards, and controls.
- Coordinate governance forums and executive reporting.
- Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Identify AI, automation, and digital tech opportunities with ROI focus.
