Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or certifications advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale transformation programmes in multinational organisations, consulting environments, or complex operational businesses.
• Proven expertise in strategic programme management, target operating model implementation, business process optimisation, financial oversight, and change management.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps with deliverables, timelines, resources and interdependencies.
• Oversee governance frameworks to monitor progress, address challenges, and align with priorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants to streamline processes and improve effectiveness.
• Drive change initiatives including governance, accountability, and new ways of working.
• Establish communication and engagement strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in and user readiness.
• Coordinate transformation activities with digital and technology programs for seamless delivery.
• Monitor expenditure, resources, risks, and delivery performance with mitigation actions.
• Evaluate transformation impact using KPIs, benefits realisation, and regular executive reviews.
• Transition transformation deliverables into ongoing operations for sustainable value.
