Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or professional certifications advantageous.
• 5+ years managing large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Experience with multinational organisations or complex operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Certifications in PMP/PRINCE2/Prosci/Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee governance frameworks to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and external consultants to streamline processes.
• Drive change initiatives including governance structures and new ways of working.
• Establish communication strategies to drive stakeholder commitment and adoption.
• Synchronise transformation with digital and technology programmes.
• Monitor expenditure, resources, risks, and delivery performance with mitigations.
• Evaluate effectiveness via KPIs, benefits realisation, and progress reviews.
• Transition transformation deliverables into ongoing operations for lasting value.
