Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate digital transformation initiatives in Singapore. You will manage multiple workstreams, engage technology partners, and prepare senior-level presentations and meeting materials.

The role requires strong written communication, governance and the ability to drive adoption across diverse stakeholders, including government/public sector engagements. Office-based in Singapore with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project/ programme coordination or project management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience preparing materials for senior management/executive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital transformation programmes and multiple workstreams.
• Engage technology partners and external parties.
• Prepare management-level presentations, briefs and communication materials.
• Prepare executive meeting agendas, materials and meeting minutes.
• Programme governance, reporting, action tracking and follow-through.
• Coordinate sector engagements, workshops, showcases and events.
• Collect sector feedback and identify adoption barriers / improvement opportunities.
• Lead communications, go-to-market and adoption activities for digital initiatives.
• Build relationships across stakeholders to enable collaboration and adoption.
