Job summary

Manulife Singapore seeks a senior strategy and partnerships leader to steer the bancassurance strategy and shape the next phase of banca partnerships. You will define long‑term direction and translate strategic options into clear investment priorities.

You will lead the Strategy & Partnership group, present recommendations to senior stakeholders, and partner with Transformation to move priorities into execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience developing growth strategies and investment cases.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organisational boundaries.
• Experience leading a small strategy team, e.g., as a consulting EM/PL or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year banca partnerships strategy across Retail, Wealth, Private Bank, SME and Digital.
• Define strategic priorities and align long-term strategy with annual planning.
• Identify growth opportunities and sponsor investment cases.
• Establish systematic view of market needs, competitors, and regulatory developments.
• Lead the Strategy & Partnership working group and present to senior stakeholders.
