Job summary

The Transformation Office within MinLaw’s Strategic Planning and Policy Division coordinates public sector transformation efforts in line with WOG initiatives. We seek an independent and self-motivated individual to shape and build MinLaw’s transformation journey, supporting organisational development and change management across the ministry.

Qualifications

• Specialist in Organisational Development and/or Change Management.
• Familiar with public service transformation, innovation and organisation development in public sector.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contextualise WOG transformation initiatives for the Ministry.
• Design and drive organisational development initiatives.
• Facilitate business units to develop, translate and implement transformation initiatives.
• Organise MinLaw’s corporate events to achieve OD and innovation objectives.
• Secretariat for MinLaw’s transformation-related meetings.
