Job summary

GovTech Singapore invites an experienced Lead Product Manager to shape two major MinLaw domains: Access to Justice and Regulation. You will translate policy outcomes into a cohesive product portfolio, lead Product Managers, and establish enduring product ownership with strong outcomes measurement.

You will collaborate with policy, operations, engineering and design to balance accessibility, safeguards, and sustainability while guiding teams through complex regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex digital products.
• Public sector/government experience advantageous.
• Ability to translate policy outcomes into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy across two domains: Access to Justice and Regulation.
• Lead and coach Product Managers to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Define and use outcome measures to evaluate product impact.
• Drive the transition from projects to enduring products and platforms.
• Partner with policy and operations to align regulatory goals with user needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership to ensure feasible and sustainable products.
