Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Change Lead within the Talent & Organisation practice in Singapore. You will drive the people side of finance transformation, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working.

You will partner with finance stakeholders to deliver change activities, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness, and adoption, while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• 5+ years in Change Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or related.
• Proven experience delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, adoption, and business readiness.
• Experience conducting organizational impact assessments and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Passion for leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement across impacted business groups.
• Assess organizational and workforce impacts arising from transformation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver communication plans that build awareness and commitment to change.
• Design and coordinate training, learning, and adoption activities to support transitions.
• Implement business readiness activities to prepare stakeholders for future-state processes and ways of working.
• Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop practical change solutions using established methodologies and assets.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and sustained adoption.
