Responsibilities

• Review and verify trade instructions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switches).
• Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
• Review KYC, AML and due diligence docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Review information for FATCA and CRS.
• Liaise with investors and investment managers.
• Attend to and respond to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries.
• Review and provide operational comments on funds’ Memorandum for clarity and compliance.
• Conduct walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures before initial launch.

We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a Transfer Agency Executive / Senior Executive.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Review and verify trade instructions eg. Subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches
• Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
• Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness.
• Review information for FATCA and CRS.
• Liaise with investors and investment managers.
• Attend to and ensure timely responses to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries.
• Review and provide operational comments on Operational Memorandum of the Funds, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Perform walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures and service deliverables before the start of the Fund’s initial launch.

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills.
