Job summary

Alter Domus in Singapore is seeking a Fund Administration professional to manage subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital movements for leading asset managers. The role requires handling investor data, reporting, and maintaining registers in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in fund administration and/or investor relations/transfer agency.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Happy to work as part of an international team.
• Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Singapore and other international offices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, reconcile and process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
• Receive, calculate the allocations and process capital calls and distributions.
• Capturing and tracking investor capital activity and maintaining partners’ capital accounts.
• Generate and distribute investor statements and other fund information through a secure investor portal.
• Maintain investor registers, including all static data, such as ERISA status, new issue eligibility, etc.
• Generation of tailored investor reporting.
• Maintenance of shareholder registers.
• Distribution of investor communications as required.
• Processing investor transfers.
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required from time-to-time by Managers or clients.

Job Description
