You will also review FATCA/CRS information, liaise with investors and managers, and respond to queries. The role includes documenting fund memoranda and guiding new clients through transfer procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Review and verify trade instructions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, switches).
Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
Review KYC, AML and due diligence docs for accuracy and completeness.
Review information for FATCA and CRS.
Liaise with investors and investment managers.
Attend to and respond to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries.
Review and provide operational comments on funds’ Memorandum for clarity and compliance.
Conduct walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures before initial launch.
