Job summary

RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a Training Executive to conduct employee training and support operational standards across assigned outlets.

You will deliver weekly orientation, basic SAP training, and monitor certifications; travel between outlets is required; on-site work at Tai Seng. The role requires a Diploma in Training and Development and at least 2 years of training experience, with F&B/retail experience preferred. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Training & Development or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in training delivery or training administration; F&B/retail/hospitality experience preferred.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using LMS, webinar tools and other online platforms.
• Confident presenting and facilitating training for both small and large groups.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to travel between outlets for evaluations and operational support.
• SAP experience and proficiency in an additional language are advantageous.
