Job summary

Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Training Management Executive to support our Training & Management Department. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and help ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) Portal, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates for training partners. The role offers a 5‑day week with locations at Bukit Batok, Macpherson, Woodlands or Lok Yang/Tuas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational experience.
• Diploma or O Levels and above.
• 5-day work week (may include weekend work day).

Responsibilities

• Operational & Administrative Support: assist the Training & Management Department with day-to-day tasks.
• Manage the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) Portal: administer and manage the portal, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for training partners.
