Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of technical training programs at Kaki Bukit. You will manage scheduling, logistics and participant registrations, ensuring materials, audits and certifications are tracked accurately.

You will work with LMS, SAP and SharePoint to maintain digital training resources, coordinate subcontractors and support the Field Apprenticeship Programme and iQualify initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business admin, engineering or HRM.
• 1–3 years in training administration or L&D coordination.
• Experience supporting technical or field workforce training.
• Experience managing training logistics, scheduling, and certification tracking.
• Experience with LMS, SAP and digital training platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; PowerBI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support technical training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
• Handle training administration, participant registration, and reports.
• Monitor training materials, inventory and stock levels.
• Support audits and track certification validity and renewals.
• Coordinate training for subcontractors, including venues and materials.
• Manage issuance of equipment QR tags for internal fitters.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support certification and training programmes.
• Maintain digital training materials on SharePoint and FieldWiki.
• Support Field Apprenticeship Programme and iQualify implementation.
• Consolidate stationery requests and raise purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Perform other ad hoc duties.
