Qualifications

• Experience in training facilitation, preferably in retail or travel/hospitality.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programmes for frontline staff and corporate hires.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and reinforce grooming standards.
• Conduct in-store coaching across Changi Airport to raise service and operational standards.
• Manage airport-specific training programmes, learning portals, and registrations.
• Coordinate mandatory training including First Aid, Trade Compliance, Security Compliance.
• Review and improve L&D processes and related administration and payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and track participation/effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programmes for retail frontline staff and corporate new hires.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and reinforce corporate grooming standards.
• Conduct regular in-store coaching across Changi Airport to strengthen service and operational standards.
• Manage airport-specific training programmes, learning portals, and training registrations.
• Coordinate mandatory training including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance.
• Review and improve L&D processes and SOPs, including training‑related administration and payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and track participation and effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably within retail, F&B, travel retail, or a high‑touch service environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with SkillsFuture Singapore or WSG training grants is an advantage.
