Job summary

A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a proactive Training & Development Executive to support learning initiatives across its frontline and corporate teams. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on training facilitation, in‑store coaching, and L&D operations within a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in training facilitation, preferably in retail or travel/hospitality.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programmes for frontline staff and corporate hires.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and reinforce grooming standards.
• Conduct in-store coaching across Changi Airport to raise service and operational standards.
• Manage airport-specific training programmes, learning portals, and registrations.
• Coordinate mandatory training including First Aid, Trade Compliance, Security Compliance.
• Review and improve L&D processes and related administration and payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and track participation/effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.
