CLARIST RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive specializing in Training & Development to drive learning initiatives for frontline and corporate teams. The role focuses on hands-on training facilitation, in-store coaching, and efficient L&D operations within a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate onboarding, run Service Excellence workshops, manage airport training programs at Changi, and ensure compliance-driven training across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Training & Development or related field.
• Experience in training facilitation, preferably in retail/F&B/travel retail or high-touch service.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programmes for frontline staff and corporate hires.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and reinforce grooming standards.
• Conduct in-store coaching across Changi Airport to raise service and operational standards.
• Manage airport training programmes, learning portals and training registrations.
• Coordinate mandatory training including First Aid, Trade & Compliance, and Security Compliance.
• Review and improve L&D processes and SOPs, and handle training-related admin and payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training reports and monitor participation and effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably within retail, F&B, travel retail, or a high-touch service environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with SkillsFuture Singapore or WSG training grants is an advantage.
