Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a Training Coordinator in Singapore to effectively recruit and train insurance sales personnel. The coordinator will liaise with various channels to identify candidates, maintain recruitment pipelines, and conduct training sessions for new and existing hires.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in insurance training, excellent planning skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A salary of up to $5000 will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with recruitment channels to identify and recruit good candidates.
• Maintain healthy recruitment pipelines and forecast monthly headcount attrition.
• Plan and conduct effective sales/QA training of new/existing hires.
• Participate in coaching of existing salespersons to improve performance.
• Manage and centralize all training resources.
• Prepare and submit recruitment reports and ad-hoc related reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise actively with various channels of recruitment, including recruitment agencies, to identify and recruit good candidates
• Maintain healthy recruitment pipelines by working closely with Team managers and other stake holders by forecasting monthly headcount attrition
• Plan, coordinate and conduct effective sales/QA training of new/existing hires
• Participate in regular coaching of existing salesperson to improve performance or QA quality
• Manage and centralise all training resources including training deck and compliance reports
• To prepare and submit recruitment reports and other ad-hoc related reports
• Up to $5000 (depends on qualification and experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9am – 6.30pm
