Abercare.sg seeks a Quality Governance Lead to oversee quality, governance, risk and training across all service lines in Singapore. You will develop and maintain policies, SOPs and quality standards, manage the risk register, plan audits, investigate issues, and report to senior management.

You will design onboarding and ongoing training curricula, maintain records, assess training effectiveness, and work with department heads to close capability gaps to ensure service excellence.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and with others while handling multiple tasks
• Weekdays 9am–6pm schedule

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality governance, risk and training across all service lines
• Develop and maintain SOPs/policies and quality standards
• Maintain risk register and escalate significant risks
• Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/funder audits
• Investigate quality issues and drive process improvements
• Provide regular reports to senior management on quality, compliance, audit and risk
• Develop onboarding and training programmes and maintain curriculum
• Maintain training records to support competency reporting
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
• Identify capability gaps with heads of department and design targeted interventions
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability and service excellence

Descripción del empleo

• Lead the organisation’s quality, governance, risk and training functions across all service lines.

• Develop, review and maintain policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards to ensure they remain current and effective.

• Maintain the organisational risk register, monitor mitigation measures and escalates significant risks to senior management.

• Plan and conduct internal audits, as well as coordinate external and funder audits, ensuring follow-up actions are completed within agreed timelines.

• Investigate service quality issues, identify root causes and translate findings into improvements in processes, controls and service delivery.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on quality, compliance, audit and risk matters.

• Develop and oversee onboarding, mandatory, refresher and role-specific training programmes for staff and volunteers.

• Maintain a structured training curriculum and accurate training records to support competency and reporting requirements.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through competency assessments, observation and feedback, and continuously improve training content.

• Work closely with department heads to identify capability gaps and develop targeted training interventions.

• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, continuous learning and service excellence across the organisation.
