Job summary

Teambuild Construction Group in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries for ATTC information, receive emails, process payments, and update the AMS for test registration. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and timely processing of administrative tasks.

You will arrange and monitor trainers' training and testing schedules, follow up with clients, file registration records, and issue tax invoices while compiling monthly summaries.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and walk-in inquiry of ATTC information.
• Receiving incoming emails, payment, and updating of AMS for test registration.
• Arrange and monitor trainers training schedule/ testing schedule
• Follow up closely and remind clients for training & testing schedule
• Filing of all registration records
• Issue tax invoice to clients and tabulate monthly summary and reports
