Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit results and attendance reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain assessment records and post-class documentation.
• Follow up with trainers on missing or incomplete documentation.
• Scan, file, and archive records to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Collect daily class dismissal proofs and maintain appropriate records.
• Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Training teams to meet compliance requirements.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required documents.
• Prepare and send monthly compliance updates to channel partners.
• Track trainer performance scores and share relevant feedback with trainers.
• Monitor KPIs, including weekly and monthly trainee competency results.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and supporting continuous performance enhancement.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team when required.
