Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Buona Vista is looking for a Diploma holder to support LMS migration, content development, and QA testing on a 6-month contract. The role requires comfort with technology and a willingness to learn, with stakeholder engagement experience valued.

You will help troubleshoot LMS issues with the tech team, assist in planning and delivering learning enablement workshops, and handle day-to-day BAU tasks to support the team.

Salary: $ 2,760 per month

What you will be working on?

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content development on the Learning Management System.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication.
• Assist in troubleshooting LMS and content-related issues, and work with the technical team to resolve system or content defects where required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions.
• Support the planning and logistical preparation for learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.
• Perform any other duties (day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations) assigned to support the team.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma with relevant exposure.
• Comfortable with handling tech and learning management system (LMS), willingness to learn, stakeholder experiences
