Job summary

SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Training Support Assistant to assist with migrating and developing LMS content, conduct quality checks, and support workshop logistics.

You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve LMS issues, perform configuration testing, and help publish content. The role is 42 hours per week, based in Buona Vista, on a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT, Education, Training, Business Administration or related fields.
• Good IT skills and interest in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience with LMS, e-learning content or workshop support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support migration and development of learning content on the LMS (LEARN).
• Conduct quality checks and testing before content publication.
• Assist with troubleshooting LMS and content-related issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support workshop planning, logistics and facilitation.
• Perform other BAU duties as assigned.
