Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Temporary Learning Management System Support on a 6-month contract (Oct 2026 to Apr 2027) based in Buona Vista. Core duties include migrating learning programmes to the online platform and developing content.

The role requires QA/testing, troubleshooting, collaboration with technical teams, and assisting with planning and delivering learning enablement workshops, with standard Mon-Thu 8:30–18:00 and Fri 8:30–17:30 hours.

• Able to conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content.
• Able to assist with content-related troubleshooting.
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Able to support the planning and logistical preparation of learning enablement workshops.
• Able to assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content onto an online learning platform
• Assist with the development, updating and maintenance of learning content
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to ensure content accuracy and functionality before publication
• Identify and assist with troubleshooting an online learning platform and content-related issues
• Work with technical teams to resolve system or content defects where required
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions
• Assist with the planning and logistical preparation of learning enablement workshops
• Support the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops
• Perform day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational duties and other tasks as assigned
