Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Buona Vista is looking for a Diploma holder to support LMS migration, content development, and QA testing on a 6-month contract. The role requires comfort with technology and a willingness to learn, with stakeholder engagement experience valued.

You will help troubleshoot LMS issues with the tech team, assist in planning and delivering learning enablement workshops, and handle day-to-day BAU tasks to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS migration and content development.
• Conduct QA/testing of learning content before publication.
• Assist in troubleshooting LMS and content defects with the technical team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support.
• Assist with planning and logistics for learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.
• Perform BAU operations to support the team.
