Job summary

CGP Personnel in Singapore is seeking a 6-month contract LMS Support Specialist to assist migration of learning programmes and content on the LEARN system. The role involves QA testing to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication, plus collaboration with the technical team on resolving LMS issues.

You will communicate with stakeholders to capture requirements, support workshop planning and delivery, and help run enabling workshops with standard hours.

• Support the migration of learning programmes and content development on the Learning Management System (LEARN).
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality before publication.
• Assist in troubleshooting LMS and content-related issues, and work with the technical team to resolve system or content defects where required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support and solutions.
• Support the planning and logistical preparation for learning enablement workshops.
• Assist in the facilitation and delivery of learning enablement workshops.

Location:

Civil Service College, next toBuona Vista MRT
