Job summary

Job description

What you will be doing:
  • Deliver Clean Track equipment training to customers and/or employees in accordance with TEL training standards
  • Conduct both theoretical and practical instruction covering Clean Track operation and related procedures
  • Prepare and update lesson plans, training materials and exercises using the latest equipment information
  • Coach trainees on equipment handling, safety practices and troubleshooting concepts at the required competency level
  • Support classroom demonstrations and hands‑on training setup within the training environment
  • Perform or support instructor assessments/observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback
  • Coordinate with the Training Center/Factory to ensure training content aligns with equipment‑specific requirements and current features and functions
  • Contribute to course improvements by applying lessons learned from training delivery outcomes
  • Maintain all required training records/documentation and follow instructor governance including certification and re‑certification rules
  • Support Essential Training delivery as required
  • Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics or its equivalent
  • Training certification such as ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) and/or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated equipment specific knowledge and hands‑on experience with Clean Track equipment including operation and exposure to basic maintenance/inspection and practical troubleshooting is preferred
  • Ability to teach effectively using clear explanations, structured facilitation and strong coaching for trainees (Customers and/or Field Engineers) with minimal content gap
  • Willingness to refresh and expand knowledge of the latest equipment knowledge through factory training
  • Able to complete the required Field Engineering instructor tasks in MySkills for the assigned level (or to be onboard to do so)
  • Strong compliance mindset: consistently follows procedures and safety rules, meets all documentation requirements and maintain qualification standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to simplify and clearly convey complex information
  • Strong communication, good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
