Job summary

TEL Singapore is seeking a Training Instructor to deliver comprehensive equipment training on Clean Track systems. You will conduct both theoretical and hands-on sessions, develop lesson plans, and ensure training materials reflect current equipment features and safety standards.

You will coach customers and field engineers, maintain thorough training records, coordinate with the training center, and contribute to course improvements while following strict governance and certification rules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated equipment knowledge and hands-on experience with Clean Track equipment.
• Ability to teach with clear explanations and strong coaching for trainees.
• Willingness to refresh knowledge via factory training.
• Strong compliance and documentation habits.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Clean Track equipment training to customers and employees.
• Conduct theory and practical instruction on operation and procedures.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Coach trainees on equipment handling and safety practices.
• Support classroom demonstrations and hands-on training setup.
• Perform or support instructor assessments and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Training Center/Factory to align content with equipment requirements.
• Contribute to course improvements from training outcomes.
• Maintain training records and certification documentation.
• Support Essential Training delivery as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
