Job summary

The role involves coordinating with the Training Center/Factory to ensure content alignment, maintaining records, and supporting essential training delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear explanations and structured facilitation to trainees
• Strong coaching for customers and/or field engineers
• Willingness to refresh equipment knowledge via factory training
• Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for Clean Track equipment per TEL standards
• Cover theory and hands-on operation and troubleshooting
• Prepare and update lesson plans and materials
• Coach trainees on safety and competency targets
• Support classroom demonstrations and training setup
• Record training outcomes and provide feedback
• Coordinate with Training Center/Factory for content alignment
• Contribute to course improvements with lessons learned
• Maintain training documentation and certifications
• Assist with Essential Training delivery
• Other duties as assigned
