Job summary

SG SAGAWA AMEROID PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics supervisor to oversee daily delivery operations and lead a team of prime mover drivers.

The role covers planning, prioritizing daily activities, and coordinating with PSA Haulier systems to ensure timely deliveries. The candidate should have at least 5 years in logistics traffic control, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and demonstrate strong planning, independence, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or ‘A’ level.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics traffic control preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external customers.
• Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and detail in work.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good planning and resources management.

Working Hours (Rotating Shift):

Morning Shift:

Monday to Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm;

Saturday 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Sunday: OFF

Afternoon Shift:

Monday to Friday 3.30pm till the task is completed for the day

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth operation of deliveries
• Responsible for total distribution of both inbound and outbound shipment to and from yards,
• warehouses or consigned destinations
• Ensuring accuracy on job performance
• Ensuring customers requirement are fulfilled
• Ensuring proper documentation by drivers
• Ensuring proper handling of cargoes by drivers to prevent damages
• Ensuring fully compliance for Workplace Safety & Health requirement

Duties / Scope of Works

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System
• Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
• Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
• Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
• Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
• Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources
• Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 4501, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
• Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior
