Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a logistics supervisor to lead a team of prime mover drivers, plan daily activities, and coordinate with customers and operations to ensure timely deliveries.

Role requires 3+ years in logistics traffic control, strong planning, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with access to PSA Portnet and GPS tracking tools to optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics traffic control preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and detail in work.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good planning and resources management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System
• Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
• Communicate and handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
• Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
• Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
• Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources
• Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
• Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

• Experienced in PSA Portnet System

Duties and Responsibilities:
