Job summary

PTC-CHIEN LI TRANSPORTATION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to manage a team of prime mover drivers, plan and assign transport jobs, and monitor progress to meet customer SLAs. The role requires effective communication with drivers and customer service, and strict adherence to safety regulations.

Opportunities to take on additional duties may arise. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, collaborative, proactive, and ready to start on short notice.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Able to work well in a team, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers.
• Plan and assign transport jobs to drivers.
• Monitor trucking progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer SLAs.
