• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external customers

• Ensuring smooth operation of deliveries
• Responsible for total distribution of inbound and outbound shipment to and from yards, warehouses or consigned destinations
• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System
• Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking
• Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System

Working Hours (Rotating Shift):

• Morning Shift : Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm;
• Saturday 7.30am till the task is completed for the day
• Sunday: OFF
• Afternoon Shift : Monday to Friday 3.30pm till the task is completed for the day
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: 7.30am till the task is completed for the day

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth operation of deliveries
• Responsible for total distribution of both inbound and outbound shipment to and from yards, warehouses or consigned destinations
• Ensuring accuracy on job performance
• Ensuring customers requirement are fulfilled
• Ensuring proper documentation by drivers
• Ensuring proper handling of cargoes by drivers to prevent damages
• Ensuring fully compliance for Workplace Safety & Health requirement

Duties / Scope of Works

• Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
• Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently
• Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System
• Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
• Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
• Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently
• Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
• Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
• Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer's trucking
• Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company's resources
• Comply and meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 for Integrated Management System.
• Ensure achieve IMS Policy and IMS objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or 'A' level
