STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a logistics supervisor to lead and manage prime mover drivers, plan daily activities, and assign jobs using the PSA Haulier Community System. You will monitor progress, track movements with GPS, and handle depot documentation to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires coordinating with Customer Service and the Operations team to optimize manpower and resources, while maintaining ISO 9001/45001/22301 compliance and performing ad-hoc duties as needed.

• Relevant experience in logistics or transportation management.

Responsabilidades

• Assign jobs through the PSA Haulier Community System and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Track driver movements using the Matrix Net GPS Tracking System and resolve driver issues.
• Handle documentation through PSA Portnet and manage depot bookings via CDAS CMS.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on trucking arrangements and customer requirements.
• Work with the Operations Assistant Manager to optimize manpower and company resources.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards, and perform other ad-hoc duties.

Summary:

• Basic $3900 + AWS + Bonus

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM) & Saturday (7:30 AM till task completion); Sunday OFF.

• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday (3:30 PM till task completion) & Sunday (7:30 AM till task completion); Saturday OFF.

• Location: Pioneer

Job Scope:

1. Lead and manage prime mover drivers, plan daily activities, and set work priorities.

2. Assign jobs through the PSA Haulier Community System and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

3. Track driver movements using the Matrix Net GPS Tracking System and resolve driver issues.

4. Handle documentation through PSA Portnet and manage depot bookings via CDAS CMS.

5. Coordinate with Customer Service on trucking arrangements and customer requirements.
