Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC is seeking a Trade Support Engineer in Singapore to maintain and improve live trading systems. You will collaborate with trading, infrastructure, and software teams to resolve issues and support ongoing improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, effective communication with traders and engineers, and hands-on onboarding of new desks and systems. A technical background in CS/engineering and scripting will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in trade support, systems administration, SRE, or related technical role (internships count).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and troubleshooting tools.
• Exposure to containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems under time pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments (command line).

Responsibilities

• Keep trading systems healthy and available by proactively spotting and resolving potential issues.
• Respond to trader and engineer requests with urgency and context.
• Participate in onboarding of new desks and systems and anticipate integration needs.
• Learn the trading environment deeply to suggest improvements.
