The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in related roles, a CS/Engineering degree, and familiarity with containerized apps (Docker/Kubernetes) plus scripting. A strong communicator who thrives under time pressure will fit well.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in trade support, sys admin, SRE, or related role (internships count)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools
• Exposure to containerized apps (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot under time pressure and communicate clearly
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and command line

Responsibilities

• Keep trading systems healthy and available by proactively spotting issues
• Respond to trader/engineer requests with urgency and context
• Help onboard new desks and systems and integrate into the broader ecosystem
