Job summary

DV Trading LLC, a global trading firm, seeks a Trade Support professional to ensure platforms run smoothly and traders are supported across markets. You will monitor Linux environments, analyze event streams, and collaborate with trading and IT teams to drive improvements.

The role requires a pragmatic, fast-paced mindset and strong Linux and network fundamentals. On-site Singapore operations support the firm’s Asia-Pacific trading activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade support role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast.
• Intermediate Bash and core Python ability.
• Able to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing trading platforms across multiple markets.
• Monitoring and supporting Linux environments.
• Working in the trading industry with focus on supporting traders and trading infrastructure.
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical people to help drive business initiatives.
• Identifying and solving problems that most cannot.
• Working with trade teams assisting with on-boarding new opportunities.
