Job summary

DRW is seeking a Trading Systems Engineer to provide high-performance, on-floor technical support for our equity options trading environment in Singapore. You will work with traders, researchers and developers to ensure scalable, reliable systems and efficient workflows.

The role covers production support, automation, monitoring, and incident response in a 24x7 global context, coordinating with teams across APAC, Europe and the US to maintain continuity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field.
• 1–3 years in trade support or SRE.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving ability under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with scripting for automation.
• Experience with distributed systems and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for trading systems and deploy software.
• Develop and maintain automation and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents in time-critical environments.
• Understand APAC option trading to enable trading.
• Coordinate with European/US teams for 24x7 continuity.
• Understand data center layout and hardware to optimize setup.
