Job summary

LUXOFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned regional product owner / business analyst to bridge traders, stakeholders, and tech teams. 50% time with traders, 50% with developers to deliver enhancements and drive the roadmap.

You will coordinate with global teams, manage incidents, and drive automation while supporting regional business needs in a fast-paced investment management environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in trading or financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with product ownership, business analysis, or application support.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/PL-SQL preferred).
• Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and log analysis.
• Windows service administration and troubleshooting.
• Data processing, reporting, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Python scripting and automation.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contact for traders and business stakeholders.
• Understand trading workflows, operational challenges, and business requirements.
• Analyze issues and identify solutions within existing platforms and processes.
• Define, prioritize, and refine development requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap planning.
• Coordinate with global teams to align priorities and solutions.
• Provide incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Advocate regional business needs in global product discussions.
