Job summary

Luxoft Germany seeks a senior regional Product Owner/Business Analyst to bridge traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams in a fast‑paced investment management upgrade. You will split time between supporting traders and guiding development, shaping requirements, and driving the product roadmap.

You will analyze workflows, manage stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning with global teams, ensuring incident management and continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with product ownership, business analysis, or application support.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/PL-SQL preferred).
• Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and log analysis.
• Windows service administration and troubleshooting.
• Data processing, reporting, monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Python scripting and automation.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contact for traders and business stakeholders.
• Understand trading workflows, operational challenges, and business requirements.
• Analyze issues and identify solutions within existing platforms and processes.
• Define, prioritize, and refine development requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap planning.
• Coordinate with global teams to align business priorities and technology solutions.
• Provide incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Act as an advocate for regional business needs within global product discussions.
