Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, based in Singaporean operations, seeks a senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to conceptualize and drive product development in the Trade domain within IT. You will shape long-term roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and propose build strategies that align with business objectives.

You will bridge Business and Technology across SDLC/Agile, drive adoption of a Trade platform, and bring market knowledge and regulatory awareness to the table.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant business analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products and end-to-end trade workflows.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage business managers and end users to understand requirements.
• Elicit requirements, design processes, workflows and user interfaces; review specifications and data mappings.
• Collaborate with Delivery, IT, IS and vendors to design optimal solutions within cost, schedule and quality.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT to ensure business needs are met.
