Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join our E-Trading team and build high-performance backend modules for an in-house FX Ecommerce platform.

You will work closely with front-end developers and business stakeholders to deliver robust server-side solutions in a fast-paced financial environment. The role emphasizes automation, code quality, and continuous improvement, including deployments, peer reviews, and collaboration with analysts

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Java with unit and integration testing experience.
• Experience with Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence.
• Linux, shell scripting, and security concepts; SQL databases.
• DevOps toolchain experience (Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc.)
• Able to adapt to evolving requirements and work in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Core JAVA, SpringBoot, RESTful and streaming-based API servers.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to implement seamless client-server API interactions for Web UI; participate in code and design reviews.
• Translate requirements with Business Analysts and Project Managers into functional features.
• Handle deployments, releases, and automation-focused build/deploy processes on a rotational basis.
