Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Business Analyst to act as a regional bridge between traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams. The role splits roughly 50/50 between supporting traders and collaborating with developers to deliver enhancements and shape the product roadmap.

You will coordinate with global teams, define requirements and user stories, and drive incident management, automation, and operational improvements to support trading workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contact for traders and business stakeholders.
• Understand trading workflows, operational challenges, and business requirements.
• Analyze issues and identify solutions within existing platforms and processes.
• Define, prioritize, and refine development requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap planning.
• Coordinate with global teams to align business priorities and technology solutions.
• Provide incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Act as an advocate for regional business needs within global product discussions.
